WEDDING SERVICES AGREEMENT

Scope of Services: This policy governs the provision of wedding photography/videography services by the Contractor to the Client. The Contractor will comprehensively capture the entire wedding day, from morning preparations to evening celebrations. The client is entitled to all services included in the selected and paid-for package.

Term: This agreement remains in effect until services are completed, with a 90-day termination notice requirement.

​

Payment: A flat fee of £2000 per service or £3500 for 2 services joined (unless additionally discounted) is charged. To secure the date, a non-refundable 10% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 1 month before the wedding. Late payments incur a 10% fee. Anything outstanding payments that are not made by the wedding day will result in no Contractor showing up on the day and no refund will be given for previous payments.

Confidentiality: The Contractor agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the project.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property developed belongs to the Contractor, with limited usage rights granted to the Client.

Autonomy: The Contractor operates autonomously while remaining responsive to the Client's needs.

​

Equipment: The Contractor provides all necessary tools and equipment.

​

Indemnification: Both Parties agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from claims related to this Agreement.

Severability: If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

​

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties. Paying the 10% deposit or in full acts as a seal to this agreement.
